The Lighthouse Cleaning Kodiak Launch Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Lighthouse Cleaning, a DBA of Psili Labs LLC. By entering you agree to these rules. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
01 · Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the Kodiak Island area (including Kodiak, Bells Flats, Womens Bay, and surrounding communities on the road system) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Businesses entering must operate within the Kodiak service area. Employees of Psili Labs LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.
02 · Entry period
The Giveaway begins on [PLACEHOLDER: start date and time, Alaska time] and ends on [PLACEHOLDER: end date and time, Alaska time]. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be counted.
03 · How to enter
Complete the entry form on the giveaway page with your name, email, phone, whether the space is a home or a business, and the rough size of the space.
One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same person will be merged into a single entry.
04 · Bonus entry for referring or tagging a friend
You can earn one additional entry by sharing our launch post and tagging a friend who lives or runs a business on Kodiak, or by naming the person who referred you in the entry form. The bonus entry is capped at one per person, for a maximum of two entries total.
05 · Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on [PLACEHOLDER: drawing date, Alaska time]. The winner will be notified within [PLACEHOLDER: number of days, e.g. 3 days] using the email and phone number provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within [PLACEHOLDER: number of days, e.g. 5 days], an alternate winner may be drawn.
06 · Prize
One free deep clean for the winner’s Kodiak area home or business, scheduled at a mutually agreeable date within [PLACEHOLDER: redemption window, e.g. 60 days] of notification. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Scope of the deep clean is set by Lighthouse Cleaning based on the size and condition of the space.
07 · No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
08 · Facebook disclosure

09 · General
Lighthouse Cleaning may cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor outside its reasonable control affects the fair running of the Giveaway. Nothing on the giveaway page or in any related post is a binding offer; details are subject to these official rules.
