When you use the contact or quote form, we collect the information you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and the message or project details you send us. The quote form also bundles a few structured choices (service type, square footage range, frequency) into that message so we can price the job.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask you to create an account.

We use Vercel Analytics to see how the site is performing: which pages people open, the general region a visit comes from (country or state level), the browser used, and how fast pages load.

We also count page views ourselves. When you open a page, the site reports the page address, the referring site if there was one, and a random identifier stored in your browser so we can tell how many distinct visitors we get. That identifier is a random string we generate: it is not your name, email, IP address, or anything taken from your device, and it is never shared or matched to who you are. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

None of this is advertising. We do not use analytics to identify individuals, and we do not sell or share any of it.

We use the information you send to:

• Prepare and send you a quote or estimate.
• Follow up by phone or email to confirm details.
• Schedule and carry out the cleaning you ask for.
• Keep a record of the work and our communication with you.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We work with a small number of service providers so the site and our intake can function:

• Hosting: the site is hosted on Vercel, which processes ordinary request data needed to serve the pages.
• Our intake systems: when you submit the contact or quote form, the details are saved to our systems so we can respond to your request.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

We keep quote and contact records for as long as we need them to do the work, keep our books, and stay in touch about recurring service. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, we remove it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at hello@lighthouse.cleaning.
