Service Agreement.

Your price is based on the information you give us: square footage, the type of clean, condition, and how often you want it. We rely on that to hold a slot and to price the work.

If the space or its condition turns out to differ in a way that changes the work (a home much larger than described, a deep build up where a standard clean was quoted), we will contact you with a revised price before we start. You can approve the new price, adjust the scope, or cancel. If you cancel for this reason, any amount you prepaid is refunded, minus cleaning we have already completed. We do not start a bigger job than you paid for without telling you first.

You can hold a date with a deposit, or prepay a block of cleans (for example, a season of vacation-rental turnovers) at a reduced rate. A deposit reserves your spot and is applied to the work. A prepaid package is credit toward cleans we will perform for you.

We only sell as many reserved slots as we can actually staff. During salmon season, when turnovers stack up, that cap matters. If we are full for a window, we will tell you rather than take money we cannot honor.

Plans change, and weather on Kodiak changes them for you. You can reschedule a booked clean with reasonable notice (we will state the exact window when you book). A reschedule does not cost you your deposit or prepaid credit.

If you cancel a single booked clean on short notice, the deposit for that visit may be kept to cover the held time. If we have to cancel on you (illness, equipment, weather), we reschedule at no penalty, or refund that visit if you would rather not wait.

Prepaid credit is for cleaning we have not done yet. If you want to stop, we refund the unused portion, minus any completed cleans priced at the standard (non-package) rate, since the discount was for committing to the block.

Any window in which prepaid credit must be used will be stated when you buy, and will follow Alaska law on credit expiration. Ask us in writing and we will tell you your current balance.

We need a way in at the scheduled time: someone home, a code, or a key arrangement we agree on. Please secure pets and point out anything fragile or hazardous in advance.

We may decline or stop a job if a space is unsafe (sewage, mold beyond a normal clean, pests, no heat or water). If that happens before we start, your deposit for that visit is returned.

Every clean gets our full standard. We do not run tiers. If you find something we missed, tell us within a day or two and we come back to put it right at no charge.

We carry general liability insurance and a janitorial bond, and everyone on the crew is background checked. Proof of coverage goes out on request before the first visit. If we damage something, tell us and we make it right through our coverage.

Deposits and prepayments are handled through our payment processor. We do not store your card details. Balances for completed work are charged or invoiced as agreed when you book.

We may update this agreement. The version that applies to your booking is the one in effect when you approve your quote or pay a deposit. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
