Before we leave

6 items

  • Lead walks the entire house with the checklist in hand
  • Any spot that's not up to standard is fixed on the spot, not next visit
  • Photos taken of any pre-existing issues flagged at the walkthrough
  • All cleaning supplies removed; nothing left behind
  • Lights off, doors locked or returned to whatever state we found them
  • Quick note left on the counter with anything we noticed during the visit

This is what an actual deep clean looks like.

If you’ve been paying for a “deep clean” that skipped most of this, you weren’t getting a deep clean. You were getting a checklist with a fancy name. We’re trying to be honest about that.
