These terms apply when you use this site or hire Lighthouse Cleaning, a DBA of Psili Labs LLC, for cleaning on Kodiak Island, Alaska. By requesting a quote or booking a clean, you agree to them.
What we do
Lighthouse Cleaning provides commercial and residential cleaning services in the Kodiak Island area: deep cleans, move out cleans, recurring cleaning, and related work. The exact scope of any job is whatever we agree to with you in writing or over the phone before the visit.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown by the quote calculator are estimates, not final offers. They are based on the information you give us and a general read of the space.
A price becomes final only after we confirm it with you, usually by phone or email, once we understand the actual size and condition of the space. We may adjust an estimate if the job turns out to be substantially different from what was described.
Scheduling and cancellation
We schedule cleans by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can adjust the route. We ask for reasonable notice, and we will give you the same when something on our end has to move.
Kodiak weather, ferry timing, and the short road system can affect scheduling. If we have to move a visit for reasons outside our control, we will get in touch to find the next workable time.
Insurance and bonding
Lighthouse Cleaning carries general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Proof of coverage is available on request before the first visit.
Limitation of liability
We take care in your space and stand behind our work. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific clean that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
If something goes wrong, tell us promptly so we can make it right. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Alaska law.
Your responsibilities
To let us do good work, please give us safe access to the space, tell us about anything fragile or hazardous, and secure pets and valuables ahead of the visit. Accurate information about the space helps us hold the estimate we quoted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute connected to our services will be handled under Alaska law.
