Fair local pay, on time
Paid every two weeks. We pay a real Kodiak wage, not the lowest number we can get away with. Lead cleaners earn more.
Hours that flex around the season
Fishing season, kids out of school, a slow week in winter. We build the schedule around real life on the island, not the other way around.
Paid training
You get paid to learn our methods and products. No cleaning experience required. If you are dependable and careful, we teach you the rest.
Gear and supplies provided
HEPA vacuums, microfiber, color coded cloths, and the plant based and stronger chemistry for the job. You never buy your own supplies.

We are looking for a reliable cleaner to join the Lighthouse crew here in Kodiak.
What the work looks like
Residential and commercial cleans across the road system: Kodiak town, Bells Flats, Womens Bay. Move-out cleans for vacation rentals, recurring houses, and small commercial accounts. You will work alone or with one other person depending on the job.
What we ask
- A driver license and a vehicle that handles Kodiak weather
- Show up on time and do careful work
- Lift and move on your feet for a full shift
- Pass a background check (we are insured and bonded)
