Cleaning that restores you.
We deep clean homes on Kodiak, the kind where we move the couch and you find your charging cable. We also do move outs, recurring upkeep, and commercial work. Run the calculator and you'll have a real price in a couple of minutes.

What you get, every time.
Same on every job. A little cabin or a recurring office, it doesn’t matter. We don’t run tiers, so everyone gets the full clean.
- 01
We leave it cleaner than when you bought the place
Corners, vents, behind the toilet. The strip behind the fridge nobody ever looks at. Those boring spots are most of the job. We do not skip them.
- 02
Honest about what you actually need
On the way out, we point things out. Maybe why your bathroom still smells damp after you clean it. Maybe where the dust under the radiator keeps coming from. Little stuff that saves you money, free with the work.
- 03
HEPA vacuums and color coded cloths for salt air and pet hair
HEPA vacuums and microfiber cloths, so dust actually leaves the house instead of drifting room to room. Mostly natural cleaners, plant based where it makes sense. We keep stronger stuff for the kitchen and bathroom and only break it out when we need it.
- 04
Licensed, bonded, and ours to fix if we break it
General liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Every staff member is background checked, and proof of coverage goes out on request. Then we show up when we said we would.
Mostly deep cleans and move outs.
That’s most of what we do. We get into the corners and behind the furniture. The rest fills in around it: recurring upkeep, janitorial, floor care, post construction. We’ll figure out what fits when we walk the place.

We get to know your place
We're a small operation, so the same people keep coming back to your place. They learn the cabinet that sticks and the corner that always collects dust. That's the point.

We walk through with you
Every few months we walk the place with you. Anything we have been missing gets fixed before the next visit.
Every 3 months
Why we started this.
Cleaning on Kodiak has mostly been word of mouth. Someone a friend used once, a person who might show up, and no real backup if they don’t. The island is small and the road runs out, so when a clean falls through, it lands on you.
A real clean is when someone walks in like they’ve been there a hundred times. They already know the corner where dust collects and the cabinet that sticks. They know your dog. You shouldn’t have to brief a stranger on your own house every couple of weeks.
So we keep the operation small. The same people keep coming back to your place, and we live ten minutes from your front door. If something needs attention between visits, that’s a text. Not an email chain.
And we cover ourselves so you don’t have to think about it. General liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Everyone on the crew is background checked. Proof of coverage on request, before the first visit.
The usual ones.
If yours isn’t here, give us a call. Pricing and access questions always go faster on the phone than over email.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Use the calculator on the site. Pick your service, enter the square footage, and add any extras like inside the oven or interior windows. You'll see a real number on the spot. Recurring schedules get a small discount, and there's no sales call needed.
How do I schedule a cleaning?
Run the calculator for a price, or just call or text us. We get back to you within a few hours to lock in a time that works.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. For homes, we work with a lockbox, a garage code, or a key handoff, whatever fits your setup. Commercial work usually happens after hours.
What products do you use?
Mostly natural cleaners, plant based where it makes sense, and fragrance free if you ask. We carry stronger stuff for the kitchen and bathroom but only break it out when we need to. HEPA vacuums and microfiber cloths everywhere else, so dust actually leaves the house instead of getting kicked back into the air. If you've got sensitivities or pets, tell us when we call to confirm.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. We can send proof of coverage on request before we start.
Do I have to commit to a recurring schedule?
You don't. Recurring accounts are month to month. Cancel or pause anytime with 30 days notice. The discount on a recurring schedule is the carrot. We'd rather earn the next visit than lock you in.
Will I get the same person every time?
Yes. We keep the operation small for exactly this reason. Recurring accounts get a regular lead and a regular team who learn your space, so you're not briefing strangers on your own house every two weeks.
What if something gets damaged?
It rarely happens, but if it does, let us know right away. Insurance covers it, and we'll make it right.
What counts as a deep clean?
A deep clean is everything in a standard clean plus the stuff that builds up over time. Baseboards, inside the oven, behind the fridge, window tracks, and the corners nobody looks at. It is the standard we hold every job to, not a best case.
